Arrive in El Chalten: There are no pre-planned activities today, allowing you time to relax and settle in.
El Chalten: From El Chalten, visit the Los Glaciares National Park. Be sure to wear your hiking boots as this park is offers fantastic opportunities for trekking through its spectacular scenery. Today will include a half or full day trek to Lago Capri.
Travel to the southern shore of Lake Argentino. From here you will see the Perito Moreno glacier, one of the few glaciers in the world that is growing in size. See the glacier’s beautiful hues of colour, and listen as it continually cracks and creaks.
Puerto Natales: This port town, founded in 1911, is important for agriculture and tourism in Chile, being a common base for travellers visiting the Torres del Paine National Park.
Torres del Paine National Park: Named after its main feature, three giant granite towers that rise out of the earth, this park boasts incredible scenery, including snow topped mountains, lakes and sprawling valleys. Spend your three nights here camping beneath the stars, and your days glimpsing the variety of wildlife that call this park home.
El Calafate: Travel back to El Calafate to prepare for your flight to Ushuaia tomorrow.
Ushuaia: The southernmost city in the world, Ushuaia is set in amazing scenery between large mountains and the icy sea. Visit the Tierra del Fuego (Land of Fire) National Park. Spend time at the local 'Museum at the End of the World', and get your passport stamped with an official End of the World stamp!
