As the weather gets colder, we’ve been busying away trying to keep warm and – even better – finding exciting destinations for you to go for some winter sun!

One of our blog posts this week takes a look at the fate of Nuclear power in America and the implications it has for the planet.

Remember those vast towers belching smoke in a well-known cartoon? Remember the sinister hum of the nuclear reactor, the three-eyed fish in the waste pond, and the general evil demeanor of the plant’s owner? Nuclear power plants often don’t have a great name for themselves. It might therefore been seen as a relief to some to hear that many in the states are closing down…but why are they?

Eco Companion | Cozy Cottage

Blog number 2 is something more fun: we’ve collected some gorgeous cottages and winter escapes for couples.

Imagine snuggling up in an igloo, curling up in front of the fire after an epic hike, or an intimate dinner high above the rainforest in your own private pod. That’s right, going eco doesn’t mean you lose out on any romance. In fact, some of our sustainable cottages and lodges in enchanting spots are ridiculously romantic. So, if you’re looking for a cosy retreat that’s ideal for couples, don’t worry, we’ve got it covered.
